When I took my daughter to Faith I didn’t know what to expect as I did not even think my daughter would ever get a school due to her disability. She did a full assessment, gave me a comprehensive report and helped me with the application to a suitable school for my daughter. When I went to Faith for the first session, I was overwhelmed with fear, stress and doubt. I felt that the reason for my living was to solve problems and not to enjoy life. As a young girl and up until this age I have experienced a lack of love, as a result my life’s perspective has always been negative. The sessions helped changed my outlook on life. I managed to let go of the baggage I had and I now see life positively. I value myself and appreciate myself more, I have stopped allowing people to treat me as inferior. I can now stand up for myself, which I could not do before. I managed to let go of the pain, disappointment and hurt and am focusing more on the things I can control.

Faith has assisted and encouraged me with my child’s learning difficulties at a time when I helplessly needed it. She patiently went through the 3-hour assessment with him, affording him breaks in between where needed. The diagnosis was on point. She wrote such a brilliant report that the doctor who specialised in the treatment of children with learning difficulties, marvelled and complimented it as a very well written report. What impressed me also is that Faith is available for consultations on Sundays and after hours during the week, which is so convenient that the child does not have to miss school in order to consult with her. Although I had consulted her for my child’s learning difficulties, she identified other emotional issues that needed attention. I can recommend Faith’s services anytime.
